You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in one of the following ways:
Option 1: From the Mobile App
- Open the app
- From the “More” menu, go to Settings > User Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: From the Website
- Visit cincinnatiopen.com/my-dashboard
- Go to the Account Settings tab
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 3: By email
Alternative method: If you’re unable to access your account, you can email us at info@cincinnatiopen.com with your deletion request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your Cincinnati Open account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information: Email address, username, and password
- Profile data: Favorite players and activities you’ve selected
- Location data: Any location information you’ve shared (if permission was granted)
- Device data: Push notification tokens and device identifiers used by Firebase
- Usage data: Your app activity and interaction history
Data Retention and Third-Party Services
- Complete deletion: We do not retain any personal data after account deletion
- Analytics data: Only anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for app improvement
- Firebase data: Device data and push notification information will be deleted according to Google Firebase’s data deletion policies
Timeline
Account deletion is typically processed immediately when requested through the app or website. If you contact us via email, we’ll process your request within 72 hours.
