The minimum size is 10 ticket persession. Group discounts may only be applied in specified sections at Center and Grandstand Courts.
Group tickets are purchased directly through our group sales team. Email groupsales@cincytennis.com for more information or fill out the interest form here.
Group ticket pricing is determined by the number of tickets purchased per session. Larger groups qualify for larger discounts. Prices are subject to change based on availability.
Purchases of 50 or more tickets may place a non-refundable deposit that is equal to 50% of the total group cost at the time of purchase. Purchases must be made prior to May 1, 2026 to qualify. Deposits are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, AMEX, and Mastercard. You may also pay by ACH, but invoice must be paid in full if paying by ACH.
Group tickets are intended solely for individuals identified as members of the group. They are not available to ticket brokers or resellers. Group tickets may not be resold or distributed to individuals who are not associated with the group. Any sale, attempted sale, or transfer of group tickets in violation of this policy is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the revocation of some, or all, tickets purchased by the group without refund.

While additional tickets may be added after an initial purchase, we recommend confirming your headcount beforehand to secure the best discount and ensure your group is seated together. Please note that we cannot guarantee additional tickets will be in the same location or receive the same discount as your initial purchase.
All children over 12 months of age require a ticket for entry.
Tickets will be delivered digitally through your Account Manager.
Yes! Group tickets are available in select premium areas, however group discounts do not apply to these locations. For more information, please fill out the group interest form and indicate your interest in private/semi-private hospitality areas.

There are no fees associated with group tickets purchased directly through the Cincinnati Open.
If your group has 50 or more people per session, we can provide a dedicate link for members to purchase tickets individually.
If you have a group of 50 or more people per session, you can take advantage of fundraising opportunities. Fill out the group interest form and indicate your interest in fundraising opportunities.
For groups of 25 or more, grounds passes will be available for purchase in July 2026. Grounds passes provide general admission access to all match and practice courts at the Cincinnati Open but do not include entry to P&G Center Court.
