This Thanksgiving season, we are bubbling over with gratitude for our incredible fans. From those who come year after year to those who joined us for the first time, everyone who walks through our entrances deserves our thanks.
You may have already heard of the $260 million Campus Transformation project we’re currently undergoing, but you may not know how it will impact you. Below, we’ve outlined five of the fan-centric upgrades you’ll see at the 2025 Cincinnati Open that will take the already magical fan experience to the next level.
Shade!
A giant (and we mean giant) permanent shade structure is being built (as you read this) between Stadium 3 and Court 10. Dubbed the Pavilion, it will house a giant video board and lounge furniture to take all the between-match cool-off breaks you need. Plus, the expanded food and beverage plaza will feature an abundance of seating opportunities and – you guessed it – permanent shade structures.
More days to enjoy the world’s best tennis players
If nine days of tennis wasn’t enough, how’s 14? Aligning with the tours, Grand Slams, and other 1000 Level tournaments, the Cincinnati Open is expanding from a nine-day event to 14 days (August 5-18, 2025). That means two whole weeks of world-class tennis in a state-of-the-art facility – sounds to us like the opportunities for fun are simply endless.
The Champions Court
One of the most unique aspects of the Cincinnati Open is the unparalleled level of access to players we provide to our fans, because we know that seeing your tennis hero up close and personal is a memory not easily forgotten. The Champions Court, a new stadium, will provide more opportunities for you to interact with your favorite players in an intimate setting. South of P&G Grandstand Court, the Champions Court will be a picturesque setting to enjoy intense head-to-heads and post-match autograph sessions with your faves.
More seating, dining and drinking options
The transformation of the food court will provide all fans with a premium experience. In addition to the permanent shade structures, more seating options will be available to accommodate our fans for their midday snacks. Plus, several additional dining spots and bars will be installed across the campus, making the variety and access to food and drinks a step above the rest.
Practice courts, practice courts and more practice courts!
We’re building practice courts, baby! In fact, we’re increasing the total number of courts at our facility from 21 to 31. So, you know what that means. More opportunities to watch the world’s best athletes in more places for more days… seeing a theme yet?
So, thank you fans. Thank you for your commitment to the Cincinnati Open and your passion that is at the heart of who we are. We couldn’t do this without you. Register for the 2025 Ticket Pre-Sale for early access to tickets for next year’s tournament – we can’t wait to see you there!
