Before You Arrive

Stadium Access

Reserved seating at P&G Center Court and the lower bowl of Grandstand Court require a scanned ticket before entry. The upper bowl of Grandstand Court and all other match and practice courts offer open seating. For reserved seating, be prepared to scan your digital ticket upon entry to the stadium. Bag Policy and Prohibited Items

As you prepare for your visit, here’s an overview of what you CAN bring to the Cincinnati Open:

  • Purses or bags smaller than 12″ x 18″ x 15″
  • Diaper bag if accompanied by a child
  • One unopened see-through plastic bottle of water up to 33.5 ounces/1 liter. If not see-through, one empty water container up to 33.5 ounces/1 liter.
  • One large tennis ball or one small can of three tennis balls per person.

  • Prepare for hours in the sun with adequate sunscreen, frequent hydration and ample time in the shade on-site.
  • Umbrellas are allowed on-site but are not permitted to be open in the stands during match-play, whether for shade or rain.
  • Schedule updates due to weather will be shared via the Cincinnati Open’s mobile app, social media accounts and email.

Food and Drinks

The Commons at the Cincinnati Open is the main hub for food and drinks on-site, featuring 13 restaurants and two bars. Additional food and drink options can be found throughout the campus, offering flavors and fun for every palette.

Amenities and Services

Here’s your need-to-know information to make your Cincinnati Open experience easy and fun.

  • Log into the Cincinnati Open’s free fan WiFi for easier access to the tournament’s app, your tickets, etc.
  • Enable notifications and location services in your mobile app to receive timely notifications to enhance your on-site experience.
  • Phone charging stations are available throughout the grounds.
  • Water refill stations and misting stations are available on-site.
  • The Mercy Health First Aid Center is located on the south end of Stadium 3 and north end of The Commons.

Fan Etiquette

Photography

Personal cameras, video cameras, or recording devices larger than 4” x 14” x 8” are prohibited without a Media Credential. Additionally, courtside filming during match action is strictly prohibited.

Fan Movement

Fan movement along the baselines and corners in the lower level and any courtside seating is prohibited. However, fans along the sidelines in the lower level and all fans in the upper level can move freely for the first five games of a set. After the fifth game, all fans in lower level seats must remain seated and wait for a changeover before moving. Fans in upper-level seats will continue to be able to move freely throughout the match.

In-Match Etiquette

Fans are asked to remain silent during points and between serves to prevent distractions for players. Spectators should minimize noise and loud conversations during play but are encouraged to cheer and support the players following an exciting shot, rally or point-winning-hit once the point is over.

Parking

All tickets include free parking in the tournament’s public parking lot. Full series ticket holders, premium ticket holders and those who have purchased upgraded parking have access to the North, South, East and Diamond Lots. Parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate lot upon your arrival.

Rideshare and Public Transit

Uber, Lyft and other rideshare services will be directed to the rideshare drop-off and pick-up location near the East Entrance. Buses, shuttles and other public transportation will be directed to a designated drop-off and pick-up space near the South Entrance.
