Ticketing and Stadium Access
Access your tickets here using your Ticketmaster email address that you used at checkout. For quick and easy scanning, add your tickets to your phone’s wallet. Be prepared to scan your tickets upon entry to the grounds and for reserved seating at P&G Center Court and Grandstand Court.

Weather
Rain or shine, your Cincinnati Open experience can be one to enjoy:
- Prepare for the heat with adequate sunscreen, frequent hydration and ample time in the shade on-site.
- Umbrellas are allowed on-site but are not permitted to be open in the stands during matchplay, whether for shade or rain.
- Schedule updates due to weather will be shared via the Cincinnati Open’s mobile app, social media accounts and email.
Parking
Free public parking is available for all tournament attendees in Lots U and G. Shuttle service will be provided from both parking lots to the tournament gates. Upon arrival, please follow posted signage and directions from parking attendants to reach the appropriate lot. If you purchased a parking pass, please have it ready to present.

The Kroger Indoor Fan Zone, our new gathering and entertainment experience, is making its debut for the 2026 tournament. With around-the-clock staged programming, interactive demonstrations, games, celebrations and more, visiting this space is a must-do on your tournament itinerary.
The Commons at the Cincinnati Open is back, serving as the main hub for food and drinks on-site. The green space is a prime gathering space for fans, where there is even more live entertainment and some of the best food our tournament has to offer all within reach.
Autograph sessions with your favorite players are going to be available throughout the tournament and community weekend. Please read over out autograph policy to ensure you have the best player experience.
Fan Etiquette
Photography
- Personal cameras, videos cameras, or recording devices larger than 4” x 14” x 8” are prohibited without a Media Credential
- Courtside filming during match action is strictly prohibited
Fan Movement
- Fan movement along the baselines and corners in the lower level and any courtside seating is prohibited.
- Fans along the sidelines in the lower level and all fans in the upper level can move freely for the first five games of a set.
- After the fifth game, all fans in lower-level seats must remain seated and wait for a changeover before moving.
- Fans in upper-level seats will continue to be able to move freely throughout the match.
In-Match Etiquette
- Fans are asked to remain silent during points and between serves to prevent distractions for players.
- Spectators should minimize noise and loud conversations during play but are encouraged to cheer and support the players following an exciting shot, rally or point-winning-hit once the point is over.

- Water refill stations and misting stations are available on-site.
- The Mercy Health First Aid Center is located on the south end of Stadium 3 and north end of The Commons.
