Reigning U.S. Open champions Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury showed why they are the top two doubles players in the world, holding on for a 7-6, 7-6 win over Tim Puetz and Michael Venus to win the Western & Southern Open and their seventh title together. Ram, who grew up in Indianapolis, won the first of his 24 career ATP titles in 2009 with Western & Southern Open tournament director Eric Butorac.
